30 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
Makes 24 bars.
Ingredients: 1 cup Uncooked Quaker Quick Oatmeal 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, hulled 8 tbsp wheat germ 1/4 cup Organic whole wheat flour 58 grams dried Apples 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts 1/2 Cup dried mangoes 8 TBSP Skim milk powder 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 5 TBSP Organic Maple Syrup 2 large fresh Eggs
Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray non-stick spray onto a 9x13 inch pan. Place all ingredients except the syrup and eggs in a food processor and pulse until everything is finely chopped. Add syrup and eggs. Spread the paste into pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and cut into 24 bars. Wrap individually and refridgerate for 3 days, or in freezer for three months.
