Great recipe for quick and easy meal, even for the pickiest eater!" Prep Time: 10 Min Cook Time: 10 Min Ready In: 20 Min Ingredients 3 tablespoons butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
To make gravy After the chicken is done cooking remove it and put on a plate covered with foil to keep hot. Add 3T butter to the chicken pan and melt it. Then add 3T flour and use a whisk to stir the flour and scrape up the chicken bits. Cook until the flour turns dark, but is not burned. Whisk in about a cup and a half of chicken stock, more or less depending on how thick you like it. Let the gravy heat through and thicken up a bit and then serve over chicken and potatoes or rice.
