Mocha Protein Chia PuddingFrom: Juli @ paleomg.com/sweat-snack-core-workout-and-mocha-chia-protein-pudding/Prep Time 5 minutes Total Time 5 minutes Serves 3-4Ingredients For the chia pudding 1/2 cup brewed coffee (chilled)1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk1 heaping tablespoon almond butter (or other nut or seed butter)1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 cup chia seedsFor the toppingsBananaAlmond butterHemp heartsCacao nibsDirectionsPlace all ingredients for the chia pudding in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and completely combined.Place in a sealed container and into the fridge to set for an hour and up to overnight.Top with banana, almond butter, hemp hearts, and cacao nibs.
