Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 15 min Total time: 30 min Makes: 4 servings Ingredients Olive oil spray 1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, outer leaves and stems removed, halved 3/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt)1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoons minced garlic1/2 cup grated gruyere1/4 cup pork panko (bread crumbs)InstructionsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.Place the Brussels sprouts in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup water.
