Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl. Bring the water to a boil, then add it, the apple cider vinegar, and the egg whites to the bowl while beating with a mixer, about 30 seconds. Add in the dry ingredients and beat another 30 seconds. Do NOT over mix. The dough will be very thick, like Play-Dough. Wet your hands, then form the dough into 8 balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a tap on the bottom of the roll sounds hollow.
