Simply mix everything together in a bowl, pour into your prepared pie crust and bake! Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 1 hr Total time: 1hr, 10 min Serves: 8 Ingredients 1 (9”) unbaked pie crust For the Filling: 1 cup light corn syrup 3 large eggs 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped pinch of salt
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl with a whisk until smooth. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the pecans and pinch of salt. Pour the filling into a prepared (uncooked) pie crust and bake on center rack of oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Center of pie should spring back when tapped.
