Feel free to make it by the bucketful, or use it to make this incredible ice cream pie. Cookie dough makes an easy pie crust. Once you make the gluten free cookie dough, it is just a matter of making your own homemade no-churn ice cream. Don’t worry. I promise this is really easy.Ingredients Edible chocolate cookie dough (see recipe below)2 pints heavy whipping cream1 can condensed milk or condensed coconut milk1 teaspoon vanillaFavorite mix-ins (chocolate chips, candy bar pieces, fruit, anything!)Hot fudgeInstructionsAdd the whipping cream, condensed milk, and vanilla to a Vitamix or other blender. Mix on high until it forms whipped cream.Stir in your mix-ins.Take the cookie dough and press into a pie tin. Add the whipped ice cream mixture into the pie tin. Instructions In a bowl, add all dry ingredients including chips and whisk to blend. Add butter, vanilla and almond milk and mix. Enjoy!
