Hello friends and happy summer! Considering the wonderful abundance of fresh produce available during this wonderful warm season, I’ve put together a fun recipe roundup for you today, highlighting my favorite Canning and Preserving Recipes. There are several jam recipes, a killer salsa recipe, a wonderful spaghetti sauce recipe and even a hot fudge recipe that can be frozen in little pint sized jars. You didn’t imagine I could write an entire post on preserving and canning and leave that little chocolate number out, did you? Chocolate and I have a little thing going, friends.
If you haven’t ever tried canning before, choose one of these and give it a try this season! It can be a lot of fun and ever so rewarding.
