Serve with rice and wait for the compliments.Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 hours Total Time: 5 hours, 10 minutes Yield: 4 small servings or 2 largeIngredients One slab of boneless country style pork ribs 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp Apple Cider vinegar 1 clove garlic minced 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 1/2 small onion diced.
Instructions Trim one slab of country style boneless pork ribs. Remove fat cap and cut into pieces following the cuts. Mix in a smaller crock pot (this is 3.5 qt). 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper and 1/2 small onion diced. Mix in the pieces of pork. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Remove meat and reserve the liquid for "gravy" over the meat and rice.
