Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup barbecue sauce 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, or about 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels 2 cans potatoes, drained and cubed
Preparation: Brown ground beef with onions until no longer pink and onion is tender; drain and mix with barbecue sauce. Combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours.
